This is an HP Compaq standard full height bracket serial DB9 panel card with cable. This item has an HP spare part number 383033-001 and HP part number 012711-001. This item is new and has never been used. It was originally bulk packaged and we have re-packaged it for individual sale. It comes as pictured and does not include any additional parts or accessories.
Payment Policy
Payment via Pay Pal is due within 7 Days of purchasing. If payment is not received we will relist the
item and file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay. If you need more time to arrange payment please contact us within 7 days of purchasing.
Return Policy
We offer anywhere from a 30 Day to 1 Year warranty on all of our products. If you are unhappy with one of our products, you can send it back as long as you follow these basic rules.
Please contact us for an RMA and instructions before shipping the item back.
For the first 30 days after an item ships you can return the item for either an exchange or a refund.
For any items with a warranty longer than 30 days you can return the item for
exchange only
after the first 30 days.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items returned for a refund must be in the original condition and include all the original accessories.  If not a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping Policy
All orders shipping to a domestic (U.S. based address) with ship the next business day after the order has been placed. All orders shipping to an international address will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays; no orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time we offer to be an estimate.
