This is a Brand New Data Controller Y Adapter Cable for SATCOM. It has a 4-Pin (F) 19-Pin (F) to 19-Pin (M) connector arrangement. The 4-pin cable shall supply power to the equipment it’s attached to via the 19-pin cable (four of the 19 pins on the 19 pin cable are tapped to the 4-pin cable). The connectors are Amphenol 2M-803 series connectors.
So, if you are in need of a data cable that Tx/Rx 15 discreet signals and accepts the Amphenol 2M803-Series connector plug or jack, this adapter cable is for you.
